I’m not understanding what the problem is. I guess i have always just assumed everything was public. If there is a discussion that i want to be private i take it to different platform

None of those countries were there. We now have the remains of colonization and the post-war chopping up of real estate. During many of those 3000 years you are talking about the land was populated by tribes.
