Since 2014, Jack Soley, the founder of the Sandboarding Nation blog (2014-2023), had been passionately writing and sharing his expertise with a dedicated audience.

This isn't an announcement I'm sure many of you will be keen to hear; However, it has come with a heavy heart and a tough financial decision to no longer post updates from the business on WordPress. This is due to the cost of plugins and extras that WordPress offer that would significantly impact the sustainability of the company, and that some readers of the website have made complaints that cyber security is an issue; for example, pop-up ads that are repeatedly shown when viewing website content which of course would mean that I'd have to pay someone or a company to provide me with adequate cyber security.

Are there things you try to practice daily to live a more sustainable lifestyle? Nothing I've practiced at the moment but recently I've been trying my darnedest to produce less waste.

What makes a teacher great? A good teacher will make lessons fun, a great teacher will make lessons memorable.

Have you ever had surgery? What for? Not yet. No. However, I fear I may need some medical assistance with a current lower back issue I've had for almost a month.

What's the most delicious thing you've ever eaten? The most delicious thing I've ever eaten was at an Italian restaurant in Feldkirch, Austria; it was a Spaghetti Bolognese served with I believe Chicken Schnitzels alongside a rich tomato sauce. Bare in mind, this answer is not synonymous with my favourite dish. *yes, I've changed my daily Prompt titles to the date as I was tired of keeping track.

What is your favorite genre of music? I don't necessarily have a favourite as I'll listen to most things but an honourable mention goes to Drum & Bass, House, and Jungle as I used to listen to it when I was 15/16 while revising for my Science GCSE as it would help me concentrate.
