The more I read about bipolar, the more I think 'omg thats so me'. Even when I was little, I have always experience 'high inspired phase' where I craft/create things for hours/days then followed with long period of not creating anything/unispired

Oh for me its will either be 'Springtime' by Pierre Auguste Cot, 'At the Dressing-Table. Self-Portrait' by Zinaida Serebriakova, or one of 'In Bed' series by Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec! I feel like these arts perfectly capture the mundane yet very intimate part of life

Okay so today is my first therapy appointment at mental hospital, one of the staff asked me to fill review form and give me this purse! Its cute but it has the hospital's logo and name on it 😭 that hospital is the only mental hospital in our province so its pretty *famous*
