New fear unlocked: geckos that hide in the false ceiling of an elevator and fall to the floor of said elevator and panic scurry to get out of the elevator when the doors are still opening.

Had to go to the GP because I’ve torn my trapezius muscle. He stuck a thermometer in my ear and I said oh but I’m not sick. He looked at the thermometer and said you most likely will be - good luck. 😱

I just popped into the ladies and a poor woman was yelling “paper, PAPER, PAPERRRR” with increasing intensity. The desperation was haunting. Absolutely would have passed her a roll if I was closer but someone rescued her first.

Really scared of lizards so I bought a humane trap to capture the gecko that’s been haunting our kitchen and return it the wild. Asked the guy in the hardware store if he knew what geckos like to eat and he said biscuit crumbs. They like biscuits! 💚
