@robnosse.bsky.social I spent 8.5hrs on hold with Care Oregon’s housing assistance. I called at 8:03am and was number 32 in the queue. After 8.5hrs on hold, I was number 10 in the queue and the phone disconnected. Subsequent calls connect straight to voicemail.
