ICE believes it is strong because there's a lot of it. But there IS no integrity that provides a structure.

ICE melts. It goes down a drain. The ground beneath it, endures. ICE is held together by plastic and lasts longer clumped together with other ICE. But the reason it doesn't last, is it has no actual structure and the world is free to melt it.

This is an early symbol of Unity, among states but it could just as apply to people uniting for Climate, Economic Fairness, Gun Control, Voting Access, Rule of Law, Constitutional Rights, Freedom of Choice, Foreign support for National status, Democracy, Regulation of corporations, etc.
