I have owned and used dozens of Roku devices, both TVs and standalone streaming units. Not one of them has been trouble-free. From remotes disconnecting and buttons randomly being reassigned, to chronic WiFi dropouts, to horribly slow interfaces...the list goes on. Why are they so terrible???
