.方舟子. 关于天水培心幼儿园学生集体铅中毒事件，政府公布了一段监控视频，是幼儿园的厨师在制作涉案的三色红枣发糕的过程，这名厨师拿出一罐明亮的黄色粉末撒到了面粉里头。政府说他用的是彩绘颜料。明亮的黄色彩绘颜料一般用铬黄，铬黄的主要成分是铬酸铅。市场上的铬黄根据颜色的深浅有几种，包括深铬黄、中铬黄、浅铬黄，最浅的叫柠檬铬黄。根据视频上撒的那种粉末颜色可以判断厨师用的是柠檬铬黄。

美国体制一大问题是行政部门违法免责（唯一问责机制是弹劾，门槛太高），遇到川普这种没皮没脸的总统就可以不停违法，法院的制约缓慢（现在最高法院不许区法院发全国禁制令，更慢了），即使最终被法院判违法也不用承担责任，大不了改了，继续在别的事情违法。加州州长就不敢，惹了众怒随时可被公投罢免
