Private healthcare generally follows Medicare. Private does not want to do anymore then it HAS to. If those on private insurance were more invested in Medicare policy they could affect change, for everyone.

Sadly, this doesn’t apply to the disabled. Anyone on Medicare over 40 can only get an annual every two years now.
