This is a horrible take. Generations are raised on this dish.
I don’t take issue with the biscuits - it’s what they call “gravy” that’s weird.
(Yes, I’ve had USian biscuits and gravy, the biscuit was very nice, the gravy was sort of like a white sauce. Just wrong.)

I'm waiting for a life-saving kidney transplant, but the costs are staggering. Even with insurance, the surgery will be at least $6000. Plus accrued debt while out of work and on disability.
