Cruces has some the best food. Dicks Cafe on valley is amazing. The huevos rancheros or a smothered green burrito were my favorites. I heard a grandson took it over and nothing has changed.

I grew up in Cruces in between a few pecan orchards. What a great place to be a kid. You should try ditch skiing.
