I don’t have any 5 star tips BUT peanut butter is pretty good (protein + fiber!) It’s easy to add to a lot of foods (crackers, toast, apples, bananas, or raw. Raw peanut butter works too.) Smoothies are also good, can’t really go wrong with those (unless you don’t like them)
