Excellent idea! I absolutely love teaching young people how to make things like that! They will call upon this knowledge and confidence the rest of their lives.

How are you going to get the air through the filters? Will you attach something like a box fan to the top?

I am so glad you got the all clear! The breast center I use has patients sit in a private waiting room outside the rooms with the mammogram machines while a radiologist reads the results - it is uncomfortable to sit in the little gowns, but if something is off, they test right away which is great.

This says it all: "But, despite the CDC’s terrifying advice about the Hepatitis B vaccine for newborns, most parents now have good reason to expect their children to survive to adulthood and beyond. Let’s keep it that way."

And who did call people names, or put others down, who didn't threaten, but rather respected others. Sigh.

I miss having a president who actually cares about other people. Also one who can actually dance and is not shallow!

Don't forget the use of calomel, a mild form of chloride of mercury, to treat a whole host of maladies that easily caused mercury poisoning.

The advice coming from so many in this administration is like reading a book on folk medicine from the 1800s to get medical advice. Absolutely ignorant and so absurd.

So if they are all about choice, why are they taking away our choice to vaccinate? This is so shortsighted, dangerous, and stupid.
December 11, 2025 at 8:13 PM
Or freedom of maga speech.
December 11, 2025 at 8:01 PM
Or to put it another way, the government is lying about pretty much everything. Sigh.
December 11, 2025 at 5:23 PM
Unusual? Seriously? Probably criminal, or worse. How is this happening?

I have seen Buddy Guy there several times - all great shows! Alas, because of covid, no more live shows for me.
December 11, 2025 at 3:43 AM
I didn't know that he played at the Experience Hendrix show! Dang, wish I could have gone.
December 11, 2025 at 2:52 AM
I saw Taj Mahal at the Phoenix Theatre in Petaluma many years ago - such a fantastic show!

He still thinks the cognitive function test is some sort of IQ test doesn't he? Contrary to what he believes, most people can pass that test which is why it is used to figure out when someone is showing signs of dementia. Can we change to another timeline soon, this one sucks.

"What is that horrible smell???" as I turned to music back up just as Peter Murphy said "Bela Lugosi's Dead" - we all burst out laughing saying that it was such a perfect moment! My kids were in their late teens and already such fans of Bauhaus - we still chuckle about the perfection.
December 10, 2025 at 8:59 PM
Years ago my kids and I were on a road trip and listening to tons of mix tapes (we all loved the same music), when the freeway traffic suddenly slowed down. I turned the music down to focus, and then we opened our windows as we crept along. Suddenly there was this horrific stench and I said:

I was lucky enough to see Bauhaus play in SF about 15 years ago for their Resurrection Tour. Such a great band that created truly amazingly timeless music. I never get tired of them!

And his administration, as well.

Either that or they are heavily invested in AI and are promoting its use!

I bought one of these from Think Geek many years ago and it does work - that is assuming they haven't changed it. Might be worth carrying around to just turn off every offensive one.
