Typically lawsuits have to prove there's some damage done, but these lawsuits were designed specifically to attempt to get to the SCOTUS with heritage foundation backing to set national policy against minorities.

The most frustrating thing about the "wedding cake" and the "wedding website" lawsuits is that neither of them were giving serious consideration to the vendors in question, the latter of whom never even sold wedding websites or design services in the first place and sued merely on the hypothetical.

Basically "We deactivated your account bc we don't allow this content", despite being some of the few ways artists can make a living, and even fewer paypros to get money from. Hence why it's encourage to contact them. Bug them and waste their time and money like they waste ours bc of censorship.
