which is just cruel timing given that I deferred yesterday. Tbf there's nothing the uni could've done to stop this since it's all printed on demand and sent straight out but at least I have my textbooks now, a whole...... 8 months early.

Also I had the realisation that I've lost a noticeable amount of leg muscle after putting on trousers I hadn't worn in a year, that muscle also helped me compensate for some damage that was left untreated due to medical neglect back in late 2020.

Especially my hands and feet bec wym I'm slowly losing the sensation in them and can't tell where my feet are underneath me anymore. Plus there's the whole thing of multiple people having told me I look pale (in an unhealthy way) which has rly made me realise just how not great I'm doing.
