whenever if feel cut off from my project i feel cut off from my soul i just wanna live in that world and work on it and finish it

i feel so thoroughly rejected by the world - as a person, an artist, everything. i try to gather the strength to still try despite it all but its hard. and i know i only feel doomy bc of my hormones rn. but you know. doesnt make it feel less bad.

I miss having friends. I've been meditating in a mountain cave the past 4 years and I've realized how important other people are.

Was feeling depressed and started drinking at 3pm now im in a better mood and writing. Am i a functional alcoholic?
