Tuesday night in OK

Went to a music friend's memorial gathering yesterday. The music and closeness filled me with gratitude to have known him and to have those with whom I make music as friends. I cherish it.

Had a grand time at the spring Mountain View Bluegrass Festival. Our band got to do a little mass communicating on the radio

Today marks my one year anniversary working out at my local gym 2-4x per week. It's made a big impact on my physical well-being, but also keeps my headspace in good shape. To take 30-40 min a day to focus on just making it through the workouts, frees up my mind enough to navigate all else.

Seemed to be a good week for expanding connections. Ex-video pro, now traveling, playing music in a couple of bands, and loving my family and friends.
