The Undesirables: A History of Rockhead Prison is the revealing story of Rockhead an imposing structure that was located on Gottingen and Leeds Streets in Halifax.
With the words "City Prison" glaring down at whoever walked by, the edifice stood as warning to those thinking of committing crimes.

You need (and the world needs) Every Little Thing by @janicelandry.bsky.social. Following her diagnosis of Lyme disease, award-winning journalist Landry celebrates small acts of kindness. Her book shows how connections, 'little things,' and helpers abound and improve our mental health. Recommend!
