These rulings reinforce a message that our constitutional complaint challenging the decision of the Slovak law enforcement on non-opening of an investigation based on #universaljurisdiction into Russian war #propaganda will be entertained without any political interference.

The Constitutional Court has also suspended a law abolishing Slovakia's whistleblower protection office. Both rulings send a strong signal that Slovakia upholds the rule of law and protection of fundamental rights ⚖️.
