@sbwrightpoet.bsky.social I also joined the Daily Stoic Life membership which includes all of his courses and challenges, I am currently participating in his Spring Forward Challenge with thousands of other practicing Stoics. It's actually pretty rewarding.

So I've only just started studying stoism for the last year or so. I've found The Daily Stoic to be the most helpful, very similar to the Daily Dad it's a one page a day type book. Give you something concrete to focus on for the day, he also does a Daily email (Ryan Holiday, the author)
