Middle guy's rifle is pointed directly at his fellow soldier's belly. Like almost touching it directly at it. I know its not got a magazine in it but it could still have one in the chamber.

Not just banned from Bluesky. Banned from all ATP servers or whatever they're trying to build is called. He can't even go to one of the offshoots.

Seems like this ban also applies to the 'branches.' Blacksky and all the other offshoots that Jay is trying to encourage people set up.

There's some other stuff, she something about "decentralized acceleration." Someone said that this could cause a mass migration away from Bluesky and she replied "You could try a poster's strike. I hear that works."

And has been trying to Skeet through it. Initially sardonically retweeting and replying to someone making the "if you say you like pancakes someone will shout that you hate waffles" comparison. Then replied to a commenter, with the post "WAFFLES!"

I can give you a rundown if you don't know the story. People are criticizing Jay because Bluesky routinely bans trans people, but the Bluesky leadership team lifted a ban on Jesse Singal and changed the rules so he wasn't technically breaking them. Jay, as the CEO, has been criticized ever since.

They're impressively bad at PR, even for being programmers.

Not sure if you saw it, but this appears to be what was posted.
The image is a message of Bluesky user Festive Link posting "Following Jonathan Chait after being accused of transphobia is certainly a choice." The post contains a screenshot which shows that Bluesky CEO Jay follows Jonathan Chait.

He...*saw* a guy named Osama bin Laden, in a book, and didn't like it?

Honestly if it was just her having bad takes it'd be one thing, but she's posting bad takes and then using her power in the company to punish people. A user named Link's account got banned after pointing out she followed Jonathan Chait.

Why didn't Tapper ask him why it was okay for Trump's admin to indict someone but not Biden?

Looked at their account. Seemed like vaguely normal Blusky stuff (at a quick glance, might have missed something) then suddenly Vic stanning out of nowhere

Like I'm not insane, right? The legs that should be the 'back' legs for the lighting frame...are actually at the 'top' of the lighting frame.

I'm confused, the second image has the lights over the actual Octagon, which makes sense from a stage setting perspective. But the first...has them over the White House??

The Joffrey principle. If you have to tell everyone how smart you are, then you aren't.

They were talking like Sephiroth. "You will never equal my Roman mastery!" Then linked to Mozart.

Weirdly I can still see their profile? Like I can click it and see them arguing with Kathryn. Idk if that's a Bluesky bug or what
prae94.bsky.social
@juliemfaenza.bsky.social did the post above the one I replied to get deleted or did I get blocked for pointing this out?

The feds literally killed 11 people who had neither been convicted, nor even arrested for a crime.

The problem is, rather than taking the time to figure out who the person is among 340 million possible options, you've given them their government name and email address, which can bring you pretty close to where they live.
