Where is this tracking from?

AppSignal but not so satisfied. It is not so easy to find things I need like request params. It is easy to find request but then there is no way to view surrounding logs which actually show params.

I might be doing it wrong but I still deploy Elixir by building it locally in Docker, copying tar.gz to local disk, scp-ing to the target server and manually unpacking it there. Tried Kamal but philosophy to have proxy in front of app without possibility to use for example Nginx is too limited.
