Empty unit & empty storefront taxes would drastically improve things immediately.

Depends on a complex subconscious assessment of how clean I determine them to still be. Descending tiers of drawer, bed, door hanger, and hamper are routinely in play but you can’t rule spontaneously placing them anywhere else.

It’s the second from top story rn. The top story is “Trump Administration Will Freeze $2 Billion After Harvard Refuses Demands”

I agree disregard of SCOTUS is more important but the spat with Harvard is playing out in real time back and forths rn.

We know Moda will be available nice and early each year for fine tuning the W team’s presentation.

Devastating news. At least we have the WNBA team to look forward to.

Years ago, when my in-laws bought kits for everybody, I took a lot of shit for not doing it. They took it back and gave it to someone else. At the time, I said we have absolutely no control over what a private company could do with this data in the future. They thought I was crazy.

Inherent Vice is the only PTA film I don’t like. Also averse to DiCaprio (90s output excepted). This is a bummer.

Trump thanks you for attacking one of his biggest enemies.

Look at the freaking paper and see all the invaluable work they do every day, not just a few out of context words some clickbait hack is feeding you.

He’s overleaveraged in investments and not very liquid. Crashing Tesla stock actually affects his wealth significantly. This and twitter boycott are probably the best ways to fight back.

Don’t give up in advance and say “he’a putting the treasury in his pocket, oh well.”

One of the many bizarre and troubling things I keep seeing on Bluesky is a lot of well meaning people doing Trump/Putin/Musk’s bidding by attacking the absolutely vital institution the NYT.

I think the Russian bots got to your brains. You know they target right and left to advance their causes?

This is very hard to take. I am hopelessly bound to Apple and I’ve never seriously considered making a change, but this may change that.
