Thanks. Yeah, it is frustrating that the KDWPT refuses to bring that road back to the state it was in when their lease with the Corps started.

I live along Rock Creek and paddle here a lot! Very curious where you drop in. Ever since they blocked the road that goes to the ramp, it takes a long time to paddle around to the creek.
