The public discourse around AI is negative due to the tech overlords who control it. The tool itself has many positive outcomes. If we had a tech environment like the 90s or early 00s when open source culture was at its peak, the situation would be very different now.

This is actually a good thing. It speeds up the decision process and is more in line with pre-var, where it was entirely up to the linesmen' vision.
