Jessica Prenni's research group at #ColoradoStateUniversity. Our lab is at the forefront of transforming food analysis by levraging advanced analytical methods to advance our knowledge of food. #metabolomics #ionomics #massspectrometry #FoodPeriodicTable
👩🏼‍🔬 Yesterday at #ASMS2025, Eva Keohane presented how CBD and CBG influence mouse microbiota and bioavailability in a sex-dependent manner, while Jessica Prenni tackled the complexities of global -omics standardization—both sparking great discussion🔬🌍🧪
