Can you expand on what you mean by "first priority"? I only ask because when I have called, which admittedly was not recent, I just get sent to voicemail. I'm not convinced anyone is listening to them.

Genuine question here - why call? What makes calling different from other forms of communication?

We may not want to admit it, but we all have biases, and our biases impact the people around us in ways that may not be fair to them.

I think the world would be a much better place if we took the time to intentionally critique our own biases.
