Earn-It-Backward is how I offer coaching to meaning-makers and artists who are ready to do the work but aren’t sitting on money.
You don’t pay me. You carry it forward into how you show up for others.
It happens to be Pay-It-Forward Day
Felt like a good time to start

Most of what we call #introspection is rehearsal. I spent years talking to myself in circles. Everything changed when I stopped trying to sound wise — and started listening to what my #journal was trying to say instead. "Dear Diary, Shut Up and Listen" is now live at prickly.oxhe.art/dear-diary/

We live in a time when facts wear ties and feelings wear clown shoes. The world obsesses over proof, which is a proper way to avoid having a gut feeling. Ask how to be, and someone will send a link to a best-selling book — full of studies and an impressive bibliography — that they haven’t even read.

#Introspection isn’t navel-gazing or self-help homework. It’s how you stop running loops and start listening. A way back to yourself that isn’t polished or perfect, just honest. If you’ve ever said 'I don’t know what I want', this might be where it begins prickly.oxhe.art/what-is-intr... #journaling
What to Do When You Can’t Unfollow Yourself
What if you could unfollow the part of yourself that second-guesses everything? A grounded, witty take on introspection and learning to listen in.

Weight loss shows up as the goal, but it’s rarely the whole thing. It began for me with a cheat day and a scrap of paper in my wallet — and turned into a rhythm I could actually live with. First post in the 'This Is Not a How-To' series. Coaching police, please look away. prickly.oxhe.art/cheat-day/
This is not a How-to: The Saturday Cheat Day Diaries
A closer look at the Saturday cheat day ritual — not as a loophole, but as a quiet act of balance. First in the This Is Not a How-To series.

Most people try to fit in #selfcare, treating it like a bonus — something to squeeze between obligations. But what if you built your life around it? The shift isn’t just about time; it’s about power. When self-care is non-negotiable, everything else aligns. prickly.oxhe.art/non-negotiable-self-care
Non-Negotiable Self-Care: The Art of Being "Busy" for Yourself
We do not find time for self-care — we make it. The difference between burnout and balance is deciding what comes first. When self-care becomes non-negotiable, everything else changes for the better.

I turned down two potential clients last week despite wanting more work. Why? Coaching only works with people ready to change. #GrowthMindset means gardening in your own wilderness. Read about the 9 essential qualities of highly coachable people. Are you one of them? prickly.oxhe.art/coachability/
The 9 Qualities of Highly Coachable People
