U.S. Northern Command says that elements of the Texas national guard are now “employed in the greater Chicago area.”

The statement claims that they’ve been deployed to protect ICE and federal property.

I wonder if he's had a ministroke. (Or multiple ministrokes.)
Something is so deeply and clearly wrong with him. He is unwell in every sense of the word. But his carcass is letting him down. It doesn't seem like it's got that much more left to give.
