We've been on the road for 4 weeks visiting so many beautiful places in NM. It's been wonderful to take a break from the horrible grind of constant anguish over the State of this country. However, I am refreshed now and ready to continue the fight.

I love fishing from a kayak, being close to the water and quiet enough to hear the breath of a surfacing sea turtle. It can't be beat. Even the birds seem to swoop in closer. I am grateful to every fish I take and breathe a wish that each I release live a full life.

Just got back from an amazing trip to the beautiful Sea of Cortez. One of my favorite places in the world.

Earlier this year, we traveled 3000 miles to the Yukon trying to see the Aurora Borealis and failed. A month ago, on a casual trip to the White Mountains in Arizona, we were fortunate to catch them right here. Go figure.
