We've been working on something behind the scenes! Next Sat (8th of Feb) Nate and Chris will be doing a 12hr Live Stream to raise money for AKT. A homelessness charity dedicated to LGBTQ+ young people. We'll be joined by a bunch of friends and guests and we hope you will join us too! More to come.

We are seriously excited about this years festival, we make this not just for the queer community but also for the comic community. If you can get a cheap bus to Bristol for 21/09/24 then please come see it. It's free to get in and open to all ages.

We are on the hunt for volunteers for our comic festival. No matter your experience, physical capabilities, if you are LGBTQIA+ or an ally, you can be a massive asset to the smooth running of PrideCAF. You get to help us help queer comic creators exhibit their work.

Our final talk is by Lewis Hancox, he is a comedy writer, actor, filmmaker and now comic maker.

He'll be talking about his life growing up trans in a small town in the early 2000s and turning his trans teen hardships into creativity and humour. With insights into his two graphic novel memoirs too.

Using his and others' work as examples he will talk through what makes for an appealing cover that helps communicate; the differences between designing a cover illustration vs planning comics;

KaarokaaroArt is a Non-Binary/Queer Filipino multidisciplinary artist.

Their workshop is a casual and collaborative monster drawing session to encourage people to imagine and draw together nonsense creatures. Expect warm-up drawing exercises, monster drawing games, googly eyes and silly names.

Sarah Millman is best known for their independent comic series NPC Tea.

Every artist encounters pitfalls in their practice: from burnout to illness, it's difficult to keep creating when you feel low. Sarah will talk about self-care methods, reigniting creativity and using storytelling as self-care.

Less than two weeks to go to apply for an exhibitor slot for Pride Comic Art Festival. To quote feedback from one of our exhibitors last year who said they found the "whole experience was incredibly pleasant"

The UK's first LGBTQIA+ dedicated comic festival is back for its 4th year! We'll be hosted again on Saturday 21st of September 2024. If you identify as LGBTQIA+, create your own comics and/or zines and want to sell your stuff this year you can APPLY NOW!

We are packing everything up to head to Harrogate for the weekend. We have 40+ different zines to sell from LGBTQIA+ creators who couldn't make it or didn't get into Thought Bubble 2023. Come find us K25 & K26 in Bubbleboy, say hi and buy some stuff.

Our little indie comic art festival happens in just 7 days. We have 50+ LGBTQIA+ exhibitors to come meet. It is open to all ages and free for the public to get in. We have 3 talks from industry pros that are supported by sign language interpreters. Art provided by @njadamart.bsky.social.
