I have to keep contacts for all the furs I know well enough to have their RL name, address, etc. I found out how to store them by their character name as that's how I'll always know them.

My watch says 1650 yards at the pool today but this time it's actually too low. It can't detect things like kick lengths well so there's some missing. I'm really pleased. I can do a pretty consistent flip turn, although I end up pretty deep and it's not fast. (1/2)

Five miles easy with strides. Although, I'm bad at doing easy. I just let my legs figure it out for themselves and was honestly shocked to look down about a mile later and see I was running a flat nine pace. Yes, (1/2)

Three miles is easy but, after yesterday, it was still a lot. At least I got to see the beautiful sunrise. Pity the really good photo was blurry but that's the risk taking a photo on the run.

I haven't seen those rocks since before I injured my ankle. It's been months since I went more than five miles deep and got past the second underpass. Felt good to finally be doing some decently long mileage again, although it also hurts like heck. (1/2)

Finally back at it after AFC. I didn't sleep great but good enough. Yes, it was hard but that's the point. Nearing peak week for the upcoming half in November.
