After SHB, Lex lost his sight and relies on aethersight to function - it's not on the same level as Y'shtola, so all he can see is aetheric veins/movement but no real physical details. EW gave him chronic leg pain after overusing En Avant and he relies on his sage weapons to walk sometimes. +

Lex's weapons post-EW are customized nouliths made by Nero! They're basically the Scaevan Magitek Wings but with custom programming/spell work so they can act as mobility aids.
