If you think you can solve the mystery, please be my guest! I don’t think it matters much. Richter’s just Richter to me. He helped the Watchers find me when I was a baby, so he can’t be that dangerous. But it’d stop the debates at least.

I mean, sort of? Maybe? No one really knows for sure. A lot of the Watchers have been debating it for years. Just don’t try to cage him! I made that mistake once… *rubs the back of his neck* Didn’t go well.
