I don't know, I just want this franchise to succeed and live up to how cool the concept of it is. I hope they give it another shot.

The music was a weird one for me and I know following Daft Punk could not have been easy. I actually liked the soundtrack quite a bit but it never seemed to fit with what was happening in the movie. It had more of a subdued vibe to it but it sort of sucked the energy out of action scenes.

I'm a Legacy apologist and I know that movie could have been a lot better but it was fun! Interesting characters, appropriate reactions whenever someone does something cool and the Grid itself seemed alive not just a world of mindless drones. None of that is in Ares.

I still need to play through TotK!

Also it's pretty cool they let you go back to 2017 with your stats!

I did and it looks great! I just got Alan Wake 2 from the holiday sales too so I'm going to be on a Remedy kick soon
