Simply not true. Every facility keeps meticulous records of any reported violent incident through OHS reporting. They’re also reported to WorksafeBC and BCNU.
I didn’t read the article, but I work in healthcare in BC and can confirm.

Can we list all of the shit science and policy decisions that this asshole supports rather than target him for having struggled with heroin addiction? To me, that’s his most redeeming quality. People who use drugs still deserve to have meaningful employment and can contribute a lot to society.
