I've been quite inspired lately by John Wooden's Pyramid of Success. I drew the opposite pyramid to help me think through all the implications of each.

I've been thinking a lot lately about John Wooden's Pyramid of Success, and how he considered Industriousness and Enthusiasm to be the cornerstones.

Fundamentally, Accounting (and bookkeeping as a subset) is supposed to be about Truth telling. Stakeholders are entitled to know the truth about the numbers so that they may draw their own conclusions. And they may act accordingly. There is too much obscurity out there.

I'm focussing/meditating on the concept of friendship this week. Anyone got any thoughts on how to define it? How it starts? How to grow it?
