I guess he didn't get to the day of training where you're required to administer life saving aid when it's safe to do so. Maybe the extra money will help them correct that.

They're now reportedly defining meaningful and significant as 'training and body cams'

Apparently that now includes dem who are negotiating to increase ICE funding in exchange for maybe body cams and additional training.
That way the next time an ICE agent with military and LE experience shoots someone in cold blood, at least he won't have to record on his phone while he does.

A year ago many worried the US pivot from Europe would aid Russia
They believed Russia could now make a small enough attack on a NATO ally that it wouldn't generate a response
I can't recall anyone suggesting then that the US would actually attack a NATO ally directly and do Russia's job for them
