India would not have taken out the terror network without US acquiesce which they didn't have in 2001 Parliament attack, 2008 Mumbai attacks etc. China will most likely abandon ship. This is the end. Time to dismantle the ISI army.

An ISI army with a country on the side doesn't exactly operate with scruples, polices, procedures and protocols. The only solution to this is to dismantle this madness.
