The tomatoes in the bowl and the zucchini have been picked awhile. The tomatoes were picked green at the beginning of October, and put in brown bags to ripen. Our pantry is cool enough that they didn't rot, but not so cold to hasten their demise.

My pistachio chocolate cheesecake definitely looked worse. The pistachio cream and chocolate separated inside, ao at least it didn't look too muddy.

It's official, Jalapeno Lime Pistachios do taste okay on a cheesecake. Not that the flavor is that strong to begin with.
I should know better than to ever make Thanksgiving anything without a glass of sherry or at least a couple of bong rips.
But at least I can say it is good even not stoned.

Dubai Chocolate Cheesecake with crushed Lime/Jalapeno Pistachios on top is definitely, not too bad at all. Ended up being greener and brown. At least one of the two did. Looks like oxidized avocado.

Hope your holiday desserts (and remember desserts spelled backward is stressed) go better than mine. Behold 2 "Dubai Chocolate" cheesecakes topped with crushed Jalapeno Lime Pistachios. Yeah, it was a goof. Not that the jalapeno lime flavor is that strong, but these 2 cheesecakes were not cheap.
