And some of them worked on the Manhattan Project, which developed atom bombs -- and we all (should) know what happened next. What if US scientists end up fleeing to, for example, China (or just move there because they can't get a job stateside)?

Please also work on other kinds of insecurity: for example, assistance is meant to be available with utility bills, but I wasn't able to get same last year because of bureaucratic BS and idiocy.
