Should be out of hospital tomorrow with a long “mostly back to normal” recovery but good prognosis and already feeling much better… first time in my life in the hospital - so a good run and thankful for the care.

Wow… I’ve lived in ignorant bliss my whole career with regards to number of proposal rejections. Probably would be helpful to figure out that number to share with my group- though an example of resilience with privilege is not necessarily transferable to many.
