Of course not.
Isreal refuses to recognise instruments of international law that might curtail their activities.
But it’s an arrest warrant for Isreal’s political leaders that has no time limits. As Milosovic, Karadic And Pinochet discovered. Netanyahu will also find out.

Lazy? Explain how you conclude the ICC has no jurisdiction when it’s jurisdiction is actually enshrined in the domestic law of 127 sovereign states.

So;
The ICC has the backing of 127 countries that have incorporated its jurisdiction into their domestic law.
In short, the ICC does have the jurisdiction to indict Israeli leaders for crimes against humanity.
