The first post always has to be a good one. I'll share my favorite drug. It's loperamide. I love a good redemption story. Loperamide has poor oral bioavailability -> poor activity for analgesia. Yet it still activates opioid receptors in the GI causing constipation and is used to treat diarrhea.
