I find this really interesting! A Black and White film ILFORD FP4+, pulled by 1 step, scanned by an old digital camera in colour. Minimal editing in Gimp, hue shifted slightly, definitely no colouring. How come the sky is blue and the hills are green??

All this flooded land and destroyed habitat of endangered species, and for what? Half a fucking Gigawatt, with <40% capacity factor?

Two years ago, the text-davinci-003 model was made publicly available on the Completions API endpoint. Then they took it down a year later. I still haven't forgiven them, the gpt-3.5-turbo-instruct-0914 is an objectively worse model, not a good replacement at all.

Opposition to nuclear energy is an emotional response, not a facts-first position. Constant messaging about the dangers or the unnecessity of nuclear energy can be addressed by counter arguments, but it's not very effective in overriding those deeply ingrained fears.
