If #FlowcytometryFriday is more your thing, then Ankyron™ AC40302 works well in this application, shown in HeLa (red histogram, with negative control of secondary fluorophore only in grey).
We were happy to see that this Ankyron also works well in #FlowCytometry, with HUVEC stained with V5-tagged Ankyron and anti-V5 APC (red). Negative control, anti-V5 APC only (grey).
