Sims 4 screencapture edit: We step into the bathroom, the tile is pastel caramel, the ground and ceiling have a mixture of shades of it, while the walls are subway tile in the same uniform pastel shade. The bathroom is an L, up the L to our right are two raised floating sinks, a built in shelf between them, and a hamper under the shelf, with a lattice pastel brown runner rug across the two sinks. Right on the turn of the L, straight ahead from us, is the shower, against a half wall on the right and the backwall behind it, it has white frames and glass. On the bottom of the L, there is a black triangular big modern tub with gold fixtures, in a sunken floor alcove. The lowered floor and the walls there are the same type of tile as out, but in shades of gray, and the floor has a checkerboard pattern with two distinct shades of gray. On the wall in the alcove, on the right, hang two robes, one darker caramel and one beige. Above the bathtub on the backwall of the alcove runs a shelf filled with bath products. There is a gray light pendant above the tub, and half above the tub and back towards the ensuit, is a strip of glass roof, letting a lot of natural light in, as does the large window to our left. The sinks are gray and white and the mirrors above them are framed gray. Each mirror has a caramel hand towel hanging besides it. On the shelf between the sinks are more toiletries. We can see a peek of the toilet itself behind the half wall of the shower, and it is gray, with a wood colored sleek trash can besides it. Sims 4 screencapture edit: Same bathroom and angle from the first picture, but a step forward, so we get a better more frontal view of the sinks. We also see the wall to our right now, where hang caramel towels and an abstract piece of art above them. Sims 4 screencapture edit: Same bathroom as first picture but now looking straight from the bottom of the L, up. We see that above each sink also hangs a gray light pendant. We also see that we entered in a lower level floor, and on that lower level, to the right against a corner just past the glass double doors, is a potted dark green plant. Sims 4 capture edit: We enter the master bedroom, the floor is warm pastel-ish wood, the bed is on a square step up platform on the corner opposite to us, and the edge turned towards us is round. The king size bed is dark wood, with warm gray and white sheets and covers. There is a dark brown ottoman by the feet of it and a dark red blanket on top with a red rose lying on it. The rug under the bed is blue and white in a lattice pattern. Behind the bed, on the wall, are two paintings one underwater and one of a field in daylight. The wallpaper is of white "mountain" cartoon sillhouettes against a strip of warm gray "sky." Between the end of the platform and the right side wall, is a double glass door looking out to a terrace. On that right wall hangs a rack of suits, and under it, on the floor, a rack of shoes. Besides the door, on the other side, on the platform, is a narrow window, a patch of wall with bookshelves and knicknacks, and then another narrow window where it meets the backwall, behind the bed. Against the first narrow window is a big painted vase with a macaw painted on it and green folliage. There is a line of short floor cabinets following the backwall along the platform, where the bed is built in. It's also dark wood. On top of it, on the side closest to us, is a blue narrow vase with a single pink rose in it. Where the platform ends on our left, there is a dark brown leather couch against the wall, and above it more black framed windows. Above all windows are alternating burnt orange, white, and cream curtains. The ceiling is of slated dark wood. Sims 4 capture edit: We're now on top of the plaform looking back from over the bed. We can see the door we came through is a double dark wood door with gold handles. We can also see built in floor to ceiling closets and cabinets framing that door like an arch and following the wall to our left till it meets a corner where the wall comes out forward a bit. On the other side it makes the corner back and wraps around until it meets the backwall behind the bed and couch. The closets are of a blueish gray with warm wood. On that farthest back wall the closets frames another door that is pastel green and white and has a lot of windows, we can see it leads to a nursery. On the wall left from us, where it runs from the entrance door, we can see a nook between the closets, with a round gray beauty counter, wall mirrors, and a violet stool as a seat. The counter is covered in make up, perfume, and other beauty products, it also has a vase of flowers on it. We can also see to our right that besides the couch is a dark wood endtable with a rose silvers statue of a dog on it. And to our left, where the wall comes forward, we see the rack of suits that also has sweaters, and on top of it, on the wall, hangs an arid landscape. Sims 4 capture edit: We're now with our backs towards the head of the bed, looking straight ahead. We have the bookshelves to our left, and we're looking at another set of double glass doors that directly corner the ones from the terrace, but these lead to the bathroom. We can see warm cream tiles, and that there is a glass roof above it. Sims 4 capture edit: Now viewing the bedroom from the couch towards the bathroom and terrace door. We can see there they meet, being the same exact doors with black frame and a window on top of each. We can also see there the cabinets stop when they meet the corner of the bathroom wall. We see there is a half open section there, with a rack just like the suit one but of dresses and feminine clothing, and on top of the cabinets underneath it are more folded pieces.

Sims 4 capture edit: We enter the grandfather suite. We're looking from the corner just past the door, out to the bedroom on an angle towards the left. Ahead of us is the bed that is built into a wooden platform, with a row of dresser drawers at the feet, and floor height short cabinets at its back, following the entire back wall. To the right, those cabinets rise into a bigger connected dresser as they meet the right wall, and on top of all the surfaces are knicknacks, books, warm golden lamps, an urn, an old intricate clock and self care products. To the left of the bed, against the left wall, until it recesses, is a closet, with a closed and open half, the open half having a rack of suits and shirts hanging from it, all from the same dark wood as the cabinets, and contrasting white detail. The bed is warm gray with navy blue covers and there's a gray green blanket folded by the feet. Behind the bed are large window panes, black framed, looking at a greenery view and blue sky, on top are dark blue curtains rolled up. There are jelly fish like warm wall lamps in the bedroom. The floor is double herring bone and mosaic mix pattern in warm wood. On our closest left, there is an intricate dark green and gray rug, and over it, a comfortable wine leather armchair and a short dark wood endtable. Behind them is a round corner countertop where the front and left walls meet and there is a full body intricate mirror in gold and warm wood, besides it. There is a nautical theme to the woods and decor, filigrams. The walls are dark maroon with white crown molding and baseboards, and the ceiling slatted dark wood, all lights are golden with white. There is a floating shelf on the pillar on the corner opposite to us, besides the bed and before the closet, and a model ship is on it. Besides the intricate full body mirror, is a gray door that leads to the bathroom, just before the wall corners forward. On that corner between the door and the start of the closet, hangs a black robe. Sims 4 capture edit: We're now at the left corner of the entrance wall, looking back at the bedroom on a right angle. We can see that on that right wall now opposite to us is an old heavy wooden desk with many drawers, and past it, besides the bed, is a double glass door, and a narrow window, that look out a terrace with chairs. On top of the door and window are the same blue curtains roleld up as the ones behind the bed. A painting of mountains and a big lake hangs over the desk, and the desk chair is black leather with full back and wheels. To our left is the corner of the closet, and we can see the bed is entirely built into the darker wood borders. Sims 4 capture edit: Same bedroom, but we're now looking straight on at the feet of the bed, i.e. the row of drawers. Tall windows at the back, the tall door to the right, and the side of the closet and hung robe to the left. We also see there is a narrow cream and brown matt by the door. Sims 4 capture edit: Same bedroom, now looking as though we're sitting ont he bed, looking back at the entrance wall.We see the blanket and edge of the mattress at our feet. We can see half of the glass door to the left and the narrow window besides it, followed by the heavy desk. On the entrance wall, just past the girth of the desk is a narrow tall dark wooden door with golden handle, and besides the door are the reading chair and endtable from before. We can see the chair has a black pillow sitting on it, and a tall floor lamp is behind it. On the wall above it, is a mural of framed pictures, a wall clock, a framed small mirror, and above them hangs a mounted fish. The pictures are of sea shores, a shark, an octupus, and the clock is aquamarine with a golden sunrays frame, on the right of it, is a gray white sun in metal. Past the reading chair and photo gallery is the round corner counter, there are a tea maker, paper towels roll, and a black kettle on top of it, and there are small post cards all over the corner of the two walls, those being the front and left ones (now to our right). The coutner is dark wood and has a dark grey top.

Sims 4 capture edit: We step into the bathroom, it's in pastel blue, green with touches of yellow and pink. To our right is a subway tile wall of blue tile, to our left is the same tile in aquamarine. On the wall on the left are double sinks and counters, the two bookend ones are blue and the two sink counters are pastel green. In front is a pale yellow mat, and the row of 3 mirror-cabinets are in the same color. Before the mirrors hangs a green hand towel, and there are lights on the wall besides the mirrors. The sink is covered in colorful bathroom clutter and there is also a succulent on the counter closest to us. Sims 4 capture edit: We stepped into a kids' bedroom. The floor is light wood, and the walls are striped pastel colors alternated with white, the ceiling is darker wood. We're looking straight at the back wall from the doors, there are three sequential windows and above them orange and cream alternated curtains. To our left is an edge of a closet, and to our right is a wall with shelves on it that contain a collection of pop figures. Three platforms raise from the floor a yellow step one, a pink rectangular one running against the right wall and a blue taller one that fills half of the back wall. There is a ladder to climb up to the blue one, and each have corresponding colorful striped carpet. We see a bed on the blue one and the foot of one past the wall with shelves to our right. Above the blue bed are pendant lights in cream and blue. There is a doll castle on the floor against the blue platform, and a child-size blue dragon plush besides it. On the pink platform, against the wall, is a modern doll house, and behind it are colorful tree decalls in different sizes. We can see there's an extensive closet on the right wall (light blue gray and dark wood), from the entrance door to the wall break where it goes into an alcove to the bathroom door. It has several doors and cabinets uptop, cabinets that frame a full wall mirror on the edge closest to us, in front of which hangs a rack of hoodies and t-shirts. We can see a rack of blankets against the alcove wall and string lights above. We're looking at the pink bed almost straight on, the base is dark wood, and the covers pink and floral. Ther eis a pink octopus plushie on top of it.

Sims 4 capture edit: Now, we're looking at the space before the alcove, between the back gray stone wall, and the back of the stairs pit railing. Over the carpet, we can see that a colorful (also in red green blue) rubber-like matt has been laid. Against the rock wall that follows the left wall of the alcove, are drawing/arts tables with matching chairs, in pale wood and dark blue. There are paint pots on top. framing the two arts tables are two orange half-circle end tables. On top of the one closest to us is a drawing tablet, on top of the other furthest from us (just besides the red dino) is a pink lunchbox. The arts tables look out a big window pane to the roof of the greenhouse on the ground floor and the trees ahead. Sims 4 capture edit: Same view but now from further back, looking straight at the side of this crafts area. We can see that on the right side, against the glass railings of the stairs pit, are silver counters and what looks like a science table past them. The alcove is in the backrground. Sims 4 capture edit: Now looking from the corner of the orange end table, out to the common area, we can see the front of the silver counters, and the carpet running ahead of us towards the computer desks in the distance. The rubber-like matt covers the entire small area between the arts tables and the science table and counters. On the counters is a robot head with chips out, there are testing tubes to the left, and piping ones, there is also a child size welding mask.

Sims 4 capture edit: We're now getting a better look at the alcove, straight on. It's on the opposite side of the desks, on the same wall of the double pastel green doors, just besides it, on the left of it, opposite the alcove that holds the stairs to the second floor on the right. The alcove here has half walls at the entrance, with an open space between them. The walls of it are plaster, and the ceilling is slated wood. Along all three walls of the spacious alcove there are fairy lights andlots of colorful posters, from movies, idols, games, all half haphazardly spread, in the very center at child height is a calendar and a coark board with notes on it. There are also a couple of tree decals and a drawn chalk green smiley monster. To the left there are blue competition ribbons, and to the right is a lamma pop art painting. On the right wall there are floating cloud shelves with special toys on them and above, a decal of hot air balloons against more clouds. On the left wall are more posters. Against the left half wall, on the outside, is a child-size red dino plushie, and inside along the right wall is a unicorn child-size plushie, and on the back wall besides it, a unicorn chalk drawing and a polar bear child armchair. The floor in the alcove is wood, matching the ceiling, and there is a rug of overlapping colorful circles. There is also a short end table against the back where rests a tray of cocoa. From the ceiling, hangs a solar system colorful lamp. On the top of the right wall, the fairylights are stars as though in the sky above the hot air balloons. Sims 4 capture edit: Looking at the left side of the alcove, at an angle, we see there is a built in yellow and green day bed along the entire wall, with big green pillows acting as back rest, and smaller blue and orange pillows in the front. On the day bed also rests a teddy aquamarine plushie hugging a pink heart. We can also see that to the right, besied the polar bear armchair, is a blackbear one. Leaving the alcove, the wall is of stacked dark gray natural stones, and there are vertical long windows, the ceiling becomes concrete again the floor, the blue green red carpet. Sims 4 capture edit: Zoom in look at the day bed, we can see that the end table with cocoa is right in front of it's right most side, against the tree decals. All the posters and fairy lights hung on the walls overlap, as though hung up by the children themselves, and there is a superhero lunchbox on the floor against the pollar bear armchair that we see on the right (the calendar with pictures and drawings hangs above it). Sims 4 capture edit: looking straight on at the right side of the alcove from the day bed forward. We see the two armchairs against the wall on our left, and we see that the floating cloud shelves are white and purple-pink, in two different sizes. To the right, against the inside of the half wall there, is a yellow end table that looks like two pyramids kissing, with the bigger one on top. On top of that end table is a pale green penguing child TV, and before the end table, on the floor is a hologram projector. On the shelves are action figures and special toys. Sims 4 capture edit: Now we're looking from the most left desk to the bookshelves, from the back. We see that the counter makes a curve wrapping around the wall to the square recess it makes, towards another concrete pillar on the further left. Here on the 90 degree angle wall (that meets the bookshelf) we see more floating shelves with knicknacks, and that the counter has a green stool against it. On the opposite side, the counter continues wrapping against the wall and then the railing behind us, making another curved line at the end, just before the first computer desk. There is a stool facing those counters too, so that both stools have their backs to one another. Over the counters we see books, notebooks, homework, pencils, pens, and lunch boxes. To our right is the pit of the stairs, and past it a stone wall and windows. Sims 4 capture edit: We are now looking over the wraparound counters that form sort of a hollow S where the stools are. The countertops are light gray, the counters darker gray, we see there are drawers on the counters, and where it makes a curve, it comes out to meet the counter top and the curved counter is pale wood, creating a contrast. We're looking from the railings to the wall where the shelves are, we see the side of the bookshelves beyond on the right. We see on the shelves action figures, model cars, a gnome, a model rocket, and more. And we also seee better what is on the counters, a couple more toys, a set of scissors and other crafting materials, a tablet, besides the ones already mentioned. Sims 4 capture edit: Same advantage point, but now from the corner of the wraparound counters out, so we see the desks to our right, and the outter side of the wrought iron railing, the window at the back, and to the left and beyond, the slated wall with the pastel green double doors that lead to the children's bedroom. Sims 4 capture edit: We're walking upstairs, stepping into the first floor. The floor is covered in red, green and blue carpet in a geometric pattern. To our right is the glass rail and beyond that a slate wall, with a shelf from which hangs a colorful jacket and bag, topped with a book and portrait. Besides the shelf, hangs a mini blackboard from the wall with writing on it. Looking ahead, following that wall, it becomes a red, blue, green, striped wall that matches the carpet. On it is a continuous gray and white counter, and on top of it and agains tthe wall is a built in bookshelf, with several open shelves, and some closed darker cabinets framing it from the left and the top. We can so see that a pan like lamp hangs above each one, in orange coppery tone an deach has a "pixar" type yellow adjustable lamp.
