When Levon and Bertie showed up at our front gate, they were skinny, scared, and confused.
When we lost Bertie a few years ago, Levon transformed through his grief. Levon leaned into his barn family.
Cancer took Levon. He is missed.

Augie wanted to answer the question of our visitor who asked if the animals knew their names.
Here is Augie's reply.
(Augie is the oldest goat here. He is approximately 12- 13 years old. He has some arthritis, and it is managed well with anti-inflammatories and a CBD supplement.
