Every chapter is written in 3rd person but captures so well the voice of their focus character, in the first book there were SO MANY subtle hints to what the Lannisters were hiding, foreshadowing is so well done I'm suspicious of every line pointing at something

I read them for the first time 10 years ago when I was still struggling to read in English and with a dictionary in my hand at all times; now I have a degree on the damn language and live in London so I can properly appreciate the writing and I'm IN AWE of it, it's no wonder the next is taking long
