yeah i noticed my ADHD meds were less effective a couple months ago after years of being on the same dosage and asked my psychiatrist to up them and they’ve worked much better since

you could be developing a tolerance and might need to ask your psychiatrist up your dosage.

do you have anything you can take that will help you sleep for tonight med wise? even benadryl (just two aka 50mg) might be good enough just to get your brain to slow down enough to let you sleep
